If bought from a retailer or online seller

Contact the retailer or online seller you bought the unit from. Your purchase would follow their return policy.

If bought from Pipishell directly

To request a return, please email us at support@pipishellav.com with the following information: 

1. Product model number.
2. A copy of your invoice.
3. Reason for your return including a brief description of why you would like to return the item to help us understand how our product did not meet your expectations.
